I feel appreciate he came out of nowhere with the system of paying rent. I talked to my mom about it, although he did not want to go against my Mom. My guy said that both of us should look for a current locale to live… Every one of us looked at some other rentals in the section plus nothing was as nice or as substantial as the locale that both of us had at my parents house. My guy plus I realized that my Mom was not asking for a lot of currency from us plus there wasn’t someplace in neighborhood that both of us could live for that cheap. I thought my Mom was being unsufficient when he recommended that both of us start paying rent, however I think he has a point. If both of us want him to maintenance the A/C system after that I should be willing to pay $400 a month, that will really cover the A/C repairs plus not much more.
