It’s rainy and cold days like these where I want to stay cozy inside and listen to soft piano music while making a good home cooked meal.
I have to finish my work for the day first, which may take a bit longer today because I haven’t slept well this week until last night, so I will put in extra time today and get way caught up with it all before making any meals. I want to make this pumpkin soup and I think I have all of the ingredients for it in my pantry and fridge. The HVAC business owner’s wife gave me this easy recipe and I plan on making it and eating it with some good sourdough bread later. I may take in a good movie this weekend with a friend and do a lot of yoga and meditation. I have a lot of writing to do for smart thermostats and some more work to do for this heating and cooling corp I’ve been working for the past few years. I’m saving money for my trip back home in two months when I’ll be staying in the states for about three weeks visiting my family and friends. I’m going to work for this local contractor while I am there to pay for everything and I am going to give my mom the biggest hug, kiss, and I love you that I’ve ever given her before. I miss that lady. She worked in the HVAC field as a heating and cooling specialist for many years and taught me so much about life. I sure love you momma, and I’ll see you soon.
