My eyes feel cross eyed sometimes when I look at the screen too much and I need to just get away from it.
I work online a few hours a day doing these HVAC systems writings and need to clear my mind with a trek outside every now and then.
It’s tough to escape working on a computer in today’s world, with many local businesses allowing workers to work from home, so I just try to adapt and make it so it doesn’t impact my health negatively when possible. Today is a bit heavier of a workload so I am taking a few more breaks than normal. I have a lot of heating and cooling systems to write about today and a lot of reading to do later so I need to stay focused and keep pushing till it is all done so I don’t have it lingering in my mind when I go out for a beach walk later with my buddy. He is working now as an HVAC pro out in the field and told me he also has a lot of work to do, so hopefully we both get everything done and can meet up later to unwind a bit. It helps that it is cooling off outside and the beaches aren’t so packed with people having fun while I work. I have my heating on actually as it is cold out and my flat was starting to get cold too. But now it is nice and warm here thanks to my furnace doing its job very well.
