I feel less anxious today and it is because I had a really good night of sleep last night. I need to follow the recipe from last night before bed because it finally allowed me to sleep very well. I was in bed by 10pm and off the computer by 9pm last night, which I think is why I slept a lot better. This is good because I have a lot of work to do today with my duct cleaning and air purifier cleaning jobs at home. I told myself today I would clean them both and I have to stick to my word. If I focus on it I can get it all done in a few hours and be free to do what I want this weekend. I may need to do some duct sealing if I see any places where the tape came off on the ductwork running in the flat here. I will get my friend to help if it seems like it is too big of a job for me, but for now I am going to try and tackle the job on my own. I think I can work fast and get it done today as I have been doing this type of work as an HVAC tech for many years. I am pretty good with keeping on top of the maintenance for the unit and making sure it is running well. I just don’t like doing the a/c set up anymore as it takes too much time to get it done. Cleaning is easy work though.
