We have no idea how to get rid of it. The charm of the little house is enough to take your breath away. There is one thing that is very outdated and makes some people uncomfortable. The window unit air conditioners. These things are bulletproof! I have had them for many years and never once had a problem with one. There is one downfall of the window unit AC- it is very noisy. Once, I rearranged the furniture in the living room just for fun. I did not think that moving the sofa near the air conditioner would cause so much drama in my house. My kids were complaining that they could not hear the TV from the sofa anymore. They would turn the volume on the TV up so high that I could not hear myself thinking. I knew that I had made a huge mistake. Rearranging the house took all day, and I knew I would have to spend my next day off comin up with another layout.There was a solution to the loud air conditioner, afterall. We just needed to adjust the fan level on the settings and the AC was as quiet as a mouse!
