There’s been a lot of changes with my job in the past year.

With people moving down in their positions, and people quitting it has put an effect on my job.

My boss has decided that since there’s not too many people in your office that it would probably be best financially for myself and for the office that I work from home since they are closing down the office. Working from home is going to be very nice but I’m going to have to devote a room in my house as an office. With this office I want to make sure that I have a nice desk and I have some form of ventilation system. My office is going to be above my garage. Currently there is no hvac system or ventilation system in there. I decided to call my hvac technician who maintenances my hvac system in my home to see if he can install one or some other form of heating and cooling system in my garage. He told me that what I could do purchase a mini-split system. This will still allow me to get the benefits of a full hvac system that’s currently installed in my home. The reason for this is that since I’m only heating a small room there’s really no need into purchasing a bigger hvac system. Luckily my hvac technician is very knowledgeable in the different heating and cooling systems that can be installed in a home. He mentioned a lot of different other ones but he said this would be the most cost-efficient and energy-efficient system for what I want to accomplish for my office.
