I am only running on three cylinders this morning after a night of singing karaoke with a bunch of crazy actresses. I saw them on the beach yesterday and finally got the nerve to go and talk to them, only to find out I had met them six months before. It’s funny because I asked them if they had the time and as soon as the one girl looked at me she said “Hey, you are with Bad Endings!”, which is the name of our band. Apparently, they really liked our music and want to see us perform in the local business soon. We went to a bar last night and sang some karaoke for a while and drank a few too many beers. I had seen them at the HVAC business before but didn’t talk to them because I am shy, but last night was cool because I am happy I got the nerve to approach them. We will do a show in two days at the same bar we were at last night and hopefully one of the crazy actresses can film our set. The HVAC tech who I work with is a really good cameraman and maybe if he isn’t working on some heating or cooling systems that night he can film us professionally. We will take that footage and put it on our website and use it to get gigs in other places hopefully. I think the cooling corp is going to have us do a show in their club soon, but I need to talk to the heating corp boss and see.
