Recently, every one of us had to get a new roof on our house. I felt pretty bad for the roofers that were working because they were working in blazing sizzling conditions. It was actually scorching outside and I couldn’t know they had to deal with such brutal conditions. I told the roofers that if they needed, every one of us had the a/c working inside and they could come in for breaks whenever they needed. Both of us had ice-cold water in the freezer for them as well. They actually loved it when every one of us handed them ice-cold water and let them come inside and care about the a/c for breaks. They said that not everybody would do that for them, so this was a nice change for them. I was just thankful they were doing this work for us and at a satisfactory price. It was something every one of us actually needed to get done and unfortunately on such a blazing sizzling day. They easily even were able to work harder because they were able to get breaks in our house with the cooling air conditioner flowing. I couldn’t imagine working as a roofer, however even though they make pretty fantastic money doing that type of work, it’s actually dangerous at the same time! Not only do you have to deal with the dire weather conditions, but you could fall off the room if you are not careful. Also you have to work with cleaning up all the nails and debris from tearing off the old roof! It seems to be actually challenging work.
