I currently labor in a big corporate building that is managed by somebody in a odd state, however of course, the people I was with and I have somebody here who acts as a venue leader, but they are practically puppets in the hands of the tyrant corporation… Why would I call them tyrants? For more than 2 reasons, apparently.
The greatest pet peeve of ours is that they make decisions for our building without consulting whether or not that is the best for our location.
They don’t ask, & they also never listen to our complaints when the people I was with and I air them, which the people I was with and I do often. Lately, they have been toying with our Heating & A/C equipment, & it has caused a lot of discomfort in our building. It is summertime in our state, & it is incredibly moderate here. However, they must not believe too much about it, because our a/c is rarely running in our building. They seem to assume that a/c is an unnecessary expense that they could do without. Whenever they use the a/c, it is easily freezing in the room, & it makes us all absolutely cold; Every one of us never know when to dress in shorts & a t-shirt or when to wear pants & a jacket. They have no way to manually adjust the temperature control in our building, so the people I was with and I are at the mercy of the corporation, hoping that our SMSs eximportant our Heating & A/C problems are somehow reaching them. I just don’t understand what the point of installing central a/c in a building that will either never use it or use it inproperly. It isn’t appreciate a digital temperature control is hard to use. They set the a/c to a sufficient temperature & leave it alone for good. It will stop cooling & start whenever it needs to.
