My roommate absolute couldn’t rest not having an a/c, and the people I was with and I moved into an apartment, plus the two of us quickly realized that there was no central a/c in the house! I didn’t have an a/c while I was growing up, so it didn’t really bother myself and others to have no a/c in the house.
I told our roommate that she could purchase an a/c if she wanted to, but I wasn’t going to pay for the a/c.
I didn’t really like having an a/c, however she decided to purchase more than one a/cs, plus she put 1 in the living room plus 1 in the home office. I didn’t get 1 for our home office, because I truthfully didn’t care to have 1, however, I was resting in the living room 1 day while the a/c was running, plus our roommate got made. She demanded that I pay for half of the a/c since I was resting in the living room plus enjoying it. I was livid! I didn’t make the decision to purchase the a/c, plus she doesn’t have the right to kick myself and others out of the living room because she put an a/c there. I pay our share of the electric bill, which would cover the use of the a/c in both her room plus the living room. There was no way that I was going to pay for half of the a/c. That girl must be completely out of her mind if she thinks that I will obey her in this area.
