I didn’t know that when I rented our apartment, I certainly wasn’t thinking about how important it was to read the lease for our apartment.

However, I am fairly certain that our landlord told myself and others to call him if our gas furnace or a/c ever stopped laboring. The gas furnace in our apartment was fairly new, plus the landlord assured myself and others that I really wouldn’t have any troubles with the gas furnace. However, after our first year of living in the apartment, I noticed that the gas furnace was making some weird noises while it was running. I told our landlord about the gas furnace problem, plus he told myself and others that he would ask an Heating plus A/C serviceman to look into it, but after a few weeks of nothing, the gas furnace began to make louder noises. All of a sudden, the gas furnace stopped laboring completely. I called our landlord plus told him that our gas furnace wasn’t laboring, my landlord sounded irritated, although he told myself and others that he would take care of it. A few afternoons passed, so I decided to call him again. That was when he told myself and others that I would be responsible for fixing the gas furnace myself, and even though he told myself and others that he would fix all of the Heating plus A/C units, I had obviously missed the absence of that promise in our contract. He had done some learning, plus he discovered that I was responsible for fixing the gas furnace. I think he left that part out on purpose. I decided to transport out of his apartment instantly. I hope he likes frozen pipes.
