My oil furnace stopped turning on, plus our building owner refuses to repair it

I didn’t think that when I rented our apartment, I absolutely wasn’t thinking about how important it was to read the lease for our apartment.

In fact, I don’t even have a copy of the lease plus what it said. However, I am fairly particular that our building owner told myself and others to call him if our oil furnace or a/c ever stopped laboring. The oil furnace in our house was fairly new, plus the building owner assured myself and others that I absolutely wouldn’t have any complications with the oil furnace. However, after our first year of living in the apartment, I observed that the oil furnace was making some odd noises while it was running. I told our building owner about the oil furnace problem, plus she told myself and others that she would ask an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist to look into it… After a few weeks of nothing, the oil furnace began to make louder noises. All of a sudden, the oil furnace stopped laboring completely. I called our building owner plus told him that our oil furnace wasn’t laboring, then my building owner sounded angry, although she told myself and others that she would take care of it. A few afternoons passed, so I decided to call him again. That was when she told myself and others that I would be responsible for fixing the oil furnace myself, but even though she told myself and others that she would repair all of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C units, I had apparently missed the absence of that promise in our contract. She had done some studying, plus she discovered that I was responsible for fixing the oil furnace. I suppose she left that area out on purpose. I decided to transfer out of her house instantly. I hope she enjoys frozen pipes.
