My girlfriend is a HVAC company which should be a good thing, and people always make comments that the two of us must have great device or well working heating & air, the truth is that the last thing my girlfriend wants to do after a morning of work is look at our HVAC equipment, then it is prefer pulling teeth getting him to do HVAC service in our house… When there is a repair, forget about it! I have to beg, plead & occasionally do the repair myself.
She doesn’t want to talk about HVAC or know about it after her morning.
Well recently I have observed that our cooling system has been leaking water, and my girlfriend says that there is most likely blockage in the condensate drain, or mold on the cooling coil or some area is worn out. I have asked him to look at it & repair it multiple times. She always says she is too busy. I am the a single who is beach house most of the time & suffering without good cooling. I now am thinking of calling for a HVAC company. It sounds & feels unusual hiring out HVAC work when that is her task even though she won’t do it. I already suppose how much the AC repair should cost. I also suppose what the troubles could be. I don’t want my girlfriend to suppose I am hiring out though. She would be furious that I called & paid for something she can do. However, if she is not willing to make the AC repair, I need to find someone that will do it for me. I can only go so long dripping with sweat to death indoors.
