These men cannot handle the fact that I can toil circles around any of them. They are threatened by myself and others simply because I am a woman, but one guy even said that a woman has no supplier laboring in the Heating plus A/C industry. I told that guy that if he genuinely believed that he wouldn’t be so threatened by my presence. He didn’t have a quick rebuttal and after the conversation separate from saying another word. I knew it was going to be taxing to toil in the Heating plus A/C industry. I spent numerous years in Technical School and even my teachers thought it was absurd. They never came right out and said those words, however all of the male teachers suggested trying a odd job path. When I accepted a task with this particular Heating plus A/C company,The district manager told myself and others that I would be the first female employee in the branch. All of us talked about that for a while, because the guy was concerned. I told the manager that I grew up with 7 siblings and I wasn’t upset about anything. That was numerous months ago and most of my coworkers treat myself and others the same as anyone else. A few of the men are still bothered by the fact that I am a woman, although I do not let it get myself and others down. I cannot change their sexist attitude, although I can toil taxing to be the best male or female Heating plus A/C company laboring for the company.
