When my wifey as well as I bought a house, it seemed appreciate the best time ever, then every one of us had multiple weeks to service up the beach house before moving in, in multiple weeks it is amazing how multiple things are on my plate. I have 2 birthdays to go to in the final week before moving in! There is Christmas, my wifey’s birthday as well as a lot of replaces to make. I thought multiple weeks would be enough time to add new flooring to the house; My wifey as well as I are up against the wire, but laying the granite is a single thing, however there are so multiple before as well as after steps, one step I added to the process that is killing us. I decided that I wanted heated flooring throughout the whole house. I bought the electric heated mats for us to install… So my wifey as well as I laid cement board as well as then had to do electric heated mats before doing the tile, but after sitting granite there is grout, cleaning the grout haze off as well as then mopping the floors to call it done, but different areas of the beach house are at peculiar stages. My goal is to get all the electric heating down as well as the granite over top. The grout could wait until every one of us moved in. It is hard though because you really need 2 people to granite floors. My wifey wants to keep moving with finishing rooms as well as I don’t appreciate doing heating replacement alone. Only time will tell if every one of us can manage our heating as well as flooring replacement around 2 birthdays, the holidays as well as moving into our new place.
