I think the A/C needs to be ran tests on

Nick December 14, 2020

I absolutely think the A/C at work needs to be ran tests on.

My office is right on the other side of the room where the A/C is located.

I didn’t want an office next to the A/C room, even though I didn’t want to work in a cubicle anymore either. This office was the only space available at the time; During the winter, it was nice and cozy in our office. The boiler made the room genuinely hot and I barely had to wear a jacket while in the morning! A few of our coworkers have to keep a space furnace under their desk while in the frosty months, even though I was hot enough due to the boiler on the other side of the wall. Things haven’t been the same since Springtime started, then over the past week, I have been listening to the sound of the AC. It’s vibrating a lot more than normal and it’s starting to make a weird whistling sound. I mentioned the peculiar and odd sound to the office manager, but he told myself and others not to worry. The guy seemed to think that I don’t think anything about A/C units or boilers. The last time I had problems with the A/C at home, I heard a similar sound coming from our machine. It turned out to be a complication with the blower motor. I absolutely think the office A/C may be having the same problem. If something breaks down, I will be able to say that I tried to warn the guy before it was too late to help the problem.
