Something that I always wanted in life was to have a nice house on the beach with a fireplace and a fantastic HVAC system.
- I was absolutely motivated so I went to a good school and wanted to take on a high paying professional career.
I ended up in an internship for a long while and eventually I got my foot in the door with a great company. I worked hard for many years and saved up as much money as I could while building up my credit. Eventually I started looking for beach houses and I found the perfect place with a fireplace for a pretty good price. The price was actually so good because it needed a few renovations and also a new HVAC system. It also needed a new roof in a few years, but I figured I would cover that when the time came. I was glad that I was able to get the house for such a great deal and I also loved the fact that I had my own fireplace! I ended up getting a ductless mini split installed which was the perfect HVAC solution. I love everything about the ductless mini split. It’s energy efficient, it has built in air purification, and the HVAC zone control is nice. I realize that I’m going to save so much money with my ductless mini split that I should be able to easily afford a new roof in a few years. I’m thinking about getting a metal roof and then I won’t have to worry about getting a new roof ever again.
