I have had some entirely bad problems with uneven hot plus cold temperatures in my lake condo for the last year plus a half.
It seems that with the weather conditions change outside, it has affected my lake condo as well… The reason for this is that my lake condo has an different kind of build that does not allow the central HVAC method to distribute the air evenly.
It was laboring prior to this because the weather outside wasn’t as drastic plus I did not even suppose what was going on, but now I do. I searched plus searched for solutions for this plus had come up empty handed. It wasn’t until I called my friendly HVAC specialist plus asked for advice that the answer was found! The answer was to buy a zoned heating plus cooling system! I never had heard of a zoned HVAC method before. The helpful plus friendly heat plus a/c specialist that I deal with went on to explain about a zoned heating plus cooling system, some call it Heating plus A/C zone control, but and you pretty much have different hot plus cold temperatures in each room as needed. It comes with a thermostat for each room in the house. It was going to cost a bit, although I decided that I had to do this in order to achieve indoor comfort plus weather conditions control within my lake condo moving forward. So I set up an Heating plus A/C appointment to get an estimate on how much it would cost for Heating plus A/C zone control plus the upgrade. I will find out in a few afternoons when they come to do the estimate.
