One question that consistently seems to be popping up amungus Heating plus A/C junkies is the age ancient question, are older heating and A/C systems or newer heating and A/C systems better, well, the truth is there isn’t a right or wrong answer to this question.
In all reality, none are better than the other plus each has their own perks.
It just is which one is best for you plus your Heating plus A/C needs, however for instance, the older central heating and A/C systems did not have as superb of SEER ratings as todays heating and A/C systems do. But on the flip side of things, the older central heating and A/C systems had a lot easier access to repair them if something went wrong. And in some cases, they reacted better to temperature controls than today’s central heating and A/C systems. Try to take all that in for a minute. Crazy isn’t it? But then todays heating and A/C systems with top of the line SEER ratings plus particularly powerful air flow put the older central heating plus air conditioner units to shame. So this is all up to your judgement. It is all about what you prefer. If it is superb energy use plus powerful air flow, you will want a brand modern plus particularly new central heating and A/C system unit. If you do not need both of those things, then an older plus cheaper central heating and A/C system may be the way for you to go. It is all in your own hands!
