I appreciate our house.
It is on a big ploy of land plus the bones of the apartment are good, however the only thing that I hated was the size of the study room.
The apartment was absolutely designed by a man. There were tons of sheds plus rooms for guns plus tools. The bathrooms lacked storage plus the study room was small plus laid out horrible. I looked all around the room plus tried to make it a workable space. It wasn’t going to get any better; Rather than remodel plus make it modern stuff in a space I hate, I decided to try something different, people swear by modular study rooms now. It is a shipping basket that is converted to a study room space. I have another door in our house. I got the modular study room linked by that door. I can walk through the apartment plus into our shipping basket study room, then you hardly notice that it is an add on to our property, and what is nice is that the modular study room has everything. I have an electric stove, dishwasher, sink plus fridge in there. It is appreciate getting an addition onto the apartment for a fraction of the cost. I also have that extra space that was once our study room. I have made it into a big pantry plus storage area. I appreciate how our apartment is laid out. You wouldn’t suppose how professional a shipping basket study room looks. I suppose appreciate it looks really modern plus edgy… No, I won’t be hosting dinners there, but I can cook plus that is what I wanted.
