That is what attracted my attention
Unlike some people, who have brand or company loyalty, I don’t really have a preference for what business I choose. Just because I had a good experience at one place, doesn’t mean I am going to constantly come back. I like to try new places, and this includes businesses. My most recent example is actually with heating and cooling. For the past 2 years, I have mostly been using the same HVAC business. Not really for any reason except they’re closer and I was too lazy to search up other places to go to. Anyways, there has been another HVAC company that has opened up nearby, and they have been advertising almost non stop, probably to try and attract as many new customers as possible. Well I wasn’t originally interested in all of their advertisements, until they started offering a 25% off deal. That is what attracted my attention. They were having a discount on all of the services they offer! I started looking at what they offered, and I decided to take advantage and get radiant heated flooring installed in my home. If I am honest, I really didn’t need any service from the heating business, but if they are offering such a nice discount, why miss out? To my delight, I noticed the discount also applied to their online store, and now I am considering getting a whole home media air purifier, and try to take advantage of all of the deals while I can. Maybe this will be an incentive for the other heating and air conditioning businesses to step up their game and start offering some discounts as well.
