My girlfriend and I moved to a new apartment building last month.
We were really busy with work and it took several weeks to unpack all of the boxes.
Last Saturday was the first time my girlfriend and I had the opportunity to use the fitness center. The fitness center is located in our apartment complex. The place is pretty nice. The building has several different fitness equipment stations and an area for yoga mats and stretching. The fitness center has a mini split ductless AC unit above the door. The ductless AC unit stopped working Saturday when my girlfriend and I were inside the building. The AC was blowing cold air and it was comfortable inside the room. Suddenly the air went from ice cold to lukewarm. My girlfriend and I didn’t want to continue to work out Since it was getting warmer, but we thought it was a good idea to tell the manager about the problem. On our way back to the apartment, I went inside the office to speak with the manager. She was on the phone, and I waited five minutes to speak with her. I told the woman that the ductless AC unit in the fitness center wasn’t working and I told her that it was blowing warm air. She gave me a dirty look and acted like it was my fault that the AC stopped working. I didn’t really want to tell my girlfriend about the exchange with the manager, because we just moved to the building and I didn’t want to make her nervous.
