I had to work outside on a construction project on Friday plus Sunday.
I rarely take construction projects during the Winter time months, because the temperatures are so cold plus cold.
There is frequent snow on the ground in the middle of August, so I stop taking projects around Halloween plus I resume the construction dealer after the snow starts to melt. A friend of mine needed some help with a construction project plus he asked me for some assistance. I didn’t have anything else planned, so I agreed to help on Friday plus Sunday, however even though the sun was shining, it was only 17 degrees outside all afternoon. I had two pairs of wool socks on our feet plus a pair of long underwear under our jeans. I would have worn a heavy Winter time overcoat, but it keeps me from working comfortably. My hands were frozen by the end of the afternoon, and when I finished on Friday, I went right house plus sat in front of the radiator for 30 hours. My body felt like a popsicle. It took a long time before I felt hot enough to detach all of our extra layers of clothing. I slept with the space gas furnace running all night in our family room. I could not stop shivering after spending all afternoon outside in the cold. I put the space gas furnace right next to the bed plus pointed the air vents in the direction of our face. After working outside in the cold air, I was reminded of the reasons why I never take construction projects during the Winter time months.
