Unlike some people, who have brand or company loyalty, I don’t honestly have a preference for what business I choose, and just because I had an enjoyable experience at a one place, doesn’t mean I am going to always come back, and I prefer to try new places, and this includes businesses, but my most recent example is honestly with heating and cooling.
For the past 2 years, I have mostly been using the same heating and cooling business, not really for any reason except they’re closer and I was too lazy to search up other places to go to! Anyways, there has been another heating and cooling business that has opened up nearby, and they have been advertising almost non stop, probably to try to attract as many customers as possible, I wasn’t originally interested in all of their advertisements, until they started offering a 25% off deal! That is what attracted my attention.
They were having a discount on all of the services they offer! I started looking at what they offered, and I decided to take advantage and get radiant heated flooring installed in my home. If I am honest, I honestly didn’t need any service from the heating business, however if they are offering such a nice discount, why miss out? To my delight, I noticed the discount also applied to their online store, and now I am considering getting an air purification system, and trying to take advantage of all of the deals while I can. Maybe this will be an incentive for the other heating and air conditioner contractors to step up their game and start offering some discounts as well.
