The heater wasn't working that night

My wife and I went camping last weekend at the state park.

The state park is a nice place for camping, because they have amenities like water and electricity at every single campsite.

The state park also has shower and bathroom facilities in every loop. My wife and I were staying in a part of the park where there are a number of pine trees. The pine needles were all over the ground, trees, and tops of the buildings. I think the pine needles are one of the reasons why the heater wasn’t working that night in the campground. My wife and I went to the bathroom so we could take a shower. We had hot water, but the indoor radiant heater wasn’t working at all. There’s a dial by the door so you can turn on the radiant heater and an extra pair of lights. It was 40° that night and the additional heater would have made our experience much nicer. Instead, we had to take a shower in the very cold air. My wife and I always talked about getting a camper or an RV. It’s times like this when the temperatures are crazy that I absolutely wish we had a roof over our heads and a way to warm up our bodies. Unfortunately, it is a bit expensive to buy an RV. The payments can be $250 or more monthly. My wife and I don’t want to buy something that will sit in the driveway instead of getting used. That is the worst death for an ATV, RV, or ORV.
