I recently started a current job in a unusual building.
I basically left our ancient job because the money was better at this current one.
Even so, I have found another benefit that I did not even suppose of. That is the comfortable nature of the building I work in. Although our building is quite crowded, plus both of us have even had to use cubicles, it is still more comfortable than where I used to work. The reason? the heating plus cooling system! The HVAC unit at our ancient building absolutely left a lot to be desired. My boss was typically hot, plus no matter how low she set her temperature control, the office never got cool enough in the summer. Because of that, she would take our temperature control plus set it extremely low so that some of the cold air would transfer into her office. That meant I was cold. Anyway, our current office has embraced new HVAC technology. They claim it saves money, plus it absolutely does, however I’m not sure about that. The thing I am sure about is that I am ecstatic with the heating plus cooling system. The facilities director says that all she has to do is set the temperature control. If it gets sizzling outside the temperature control will cause the air conditioner to go on. If it gets cold outside the temperature control will cause the heating to go on. I know him because one day plus both of us had had sizzling weather for multiple weeks in a row, plus then one night it got quite cold. I opened up the front door plus I could suppose the oil furnace straight away.
