They have been building what they are calling Luxury Apartments down the street from me for quite a number of weeks now.
They are building so much housing in our town I wonder who in the world is going to be residing in all these locations.
It seems to me that both of us already have more housing than people, but maybe I just am not aware of how many people are looking for housing in our little city. Anyway, I have had our eye on these luxury apartments from morning 1 because I appreciate the location plus they seem to be embracing unusual kinds of Technology. One kind of Technology they have been advertising on their signs is Heating, Ventilation plus A/C technology. They claim to be using the most current advances in Heating plus Cooling in each apartment. I have been reading these messages on the sign, plus have been wondering exactly what they’re doing, and yesterday, I saw that heating plus cooling truck parked over there, so I took the occasion to ask the guy what exactly they were doing, however well, it turns out they are outfitting each of the apartments with the most current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C technology that is reasonably priced, then each house will have mini split ductless a/cs. Along with that, they will have Smart control units, plus even more intriguing, they will have heated flooring. The radiant floors are intended to assist with heating, not be a total replacement for the mini split Heating. He said they are even looking at having sensors put in To tell the A/C component whether people are in the house or not.If they could just make the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component take the trash out! That would be terrific!
