I have a window air conditioning system of course I was going to put it in the window.
- I mean, after all, wasn’t that the entire point of having a window air conditioning system? However my cat had other plans as to what to do with my window AC.
I live in an apartment building and I live on the second floor. My cat absolutely loves the window as well, she is always watching the birds and the bugs as they pass by and of course, being a cat she always wants to try to catch them but she never can. She may want to try and catch them but I’m glad that she cannot because I do not want my cat going around killing things. However if she cannot catch anything she will try to catch something else in my house, namely in this case the air conditioning system. She decided to take a flying leap at the AC which was sitting in the window and of course she knocked the air conditioning system right out of the window and onto the pavement below where it smashed into a million pieces. I was pretty mad at my cat but I was also glad that she was okay because she was very lucky that she didn’t go flying out the window herself with her leaping on it like that. Now I don’t have to spend more money to purchase a new window air conditioner as well as get some extra security measures to make sure that they cannot get knocked out for a second time.
