I Had the Best Quality of Sleep Last Night!

I need to remember what I did last night to sleep so well.

Maybe it’s because I haven’t been playing much volleyball this Winter and our body is starting to heal itself.

I used to wake up all the time because of our shoulder pain however it seems to be less painful now. The body needs to rest and I need to listen to it more often when it tells myself and others to slow down. My dad always said “you gotta learn to relax Davo,” and she was right. I push myself too much and end up with injuries that nag me. I try to keep our house warm in the Winter with our heater’s thermostat set at 68F. My joints recognize better when the house is warm and after our chilly water swims it’s wonderful to warm up the body as abruptly as possible. I have radiant heating in our office to make it even warmer, enjoy a sauna, so when I come beach house I can go into the room and get heated up honestly fast. It’s about a 15 eighth ride beach house on our bike from the section where I swim each morning and if it is chilly out I get honestly uncomfortable. I also have radiant floors in our flat because our feet were aching all of the time during the winters and I found out it was because they were too chilly too often. The body is a wonderful barometer, and if you listen to it you can heal most ailments by slight adjustments to your environment.
