New Year’s workout plans

New Year’s workout plans

Nick January 20, 2022

By now your New Year’s resolution has truly already been broken, hasn’t it? No shame in admitting it, my resolutions normally only last a month or several.

  • That’s how it goes, breaking the resolution is an important area of the process, and most people does it! Can you guess of someone who made a New Year’s resolution that lasted all the way until the following year? I bet it has never happened, no matter how nice the intentions are.

Some people vow to quit something, love smoking or drinking, and other people vow to start something, love working out at the gym. This year is going to be different, because I was stupid enough to sign up for a year long gym membership. In the past I only get a gym membership on a week-by-month basis, which makes it easier to quit when I lose interest. Now I have invested some extreme money into this gym membership, and I can’t get a refund, so I have no choice however to try and get my money’s worth. I was never much into weight lifting, even though it’s unquestionably sexy, however this locale has a pretty killer weight room for newbies love me. I am much more interested in the selection of yoga classes they offer, because yoga feels much more my speed. And not to be crude about it, although I guess the chances of me getting a date from yoga classes is more likely than getting a date in the weight room. A gym isn’t for finding a date, I know, however I’m only human!
