Storage in my house is a total nightmare. I barely have enough space for my towels and kitchen cleaning products. My husband was distraught that there didn’t seem to be any space in the house for his tools. He has giant tool boxes, a table saw, lawn mower and all sorts of large, manly items. The backyard shed housed the washer and dryer and also our work out equipment. There isn’t any room for tools. At first my husband and I thought we would build a shed ourselves on our property. Not only does that take a lot of time but also a lot of money. Buying an already built shed was a nightmare too. You need to get a permit, consider the zone and the paperwork was annoying. It wasn’t cheap either. I then found our solution through a friend of mine. They are a mairjuana grower and they use a portable CBD extraction lab. I bought a portable facility that now serves as a shed for my husband. He has HVAC, lights and plumbing in there. My husband just loves his portable facility. He can hang up his tools because I customized the space to have a pegboard and a workbench. I also had a window and a door with a lock on one end and the other end a garage door. It is a facility that can be picked up and taken away or we can just keep it for another fee. I don’t see us ever changing from a shipping container. No it isn’t pretty but it does the job just great.
