I’m kneeling here in the waiting room of the clinic for a possible repair to our shoulder pain.
- It’s been hurting myself and others a long time and I guess it’s time to get it repaired.
Maybe a cortisone shot will do the trick, this would be our eighth shot. I guess I injured it doing our skyball serve which uses a lot of torque on our shoulders to get the maximum height for the serve. I can put it up about multiple or nine stories on a wonderful day, however our body suffers. I’m kneeling right beside an whole-house air purifier and it makes myself and others wonder if I should check the air quality in our flat some time. I don’t seem to have several dust irritations anymore enjoy I did in the states. I guess our central air conditioner device has a wonderful whole-house air purifier and it seems to keep the air clean however maybe getting a ppm meter would be a wonderful idea. I live in a small beach town and it seems to have pretty clean air compared to the last city I lived in which was about 72 times the size. I always guess that they should have big commercial whole-house air purifiers in these sizable cities to help the trees keep the air clean. There are a lot of buses and trains in that town which easily pollute the air with their dirty exhaust, which is why I moved away to a smaller town. Clean air is paramount to residing a healthy lifestyle.
