I’m laying here in the waiting room of the clinic for a possible repair to my shoulder pain. It’s been hurting myself and others a long time and I guess it’s time to get it repaired. Maybe a cortisone shot will do the trick, this would be my eighth shot. I guess I destructiond it doing my skyball serve which uses a lot of torque on my shoulders to get the maximum height for the serve. I can put it up about several or 9 stories on a fantastic afternoon, but my body suffers. I’m laying right beside an media media air cleaner and it makes myself and others wonder if I should check the air quality in my flat some time. I don’t seem to have many dust sensitivities anymore like I did in the states. I guess my central a/c component has a fantastic media media air cleaner and it seems to keep the air disinfect but maybe getting a ppm meter would be a fantastic idea. I live in a small beach city and it seems to have pretty disinfect air compared to the last town I lived in which was about 69 times the size. I always guess that they should have big commercial media media air cleaners in these giant cities to help the trees keep the air clean. There are a lot of buses and trains in that city which certainly pollute the air with their dirty exhaust, which is why I moved away to a smaller town. Clean air is paramount to living a healthy lifestyle.
