I have always wanted to have a fireplace in my house and finally, this year, I decided that I was going to be able to make that dream come true.
I have always wanted to have a fireplace, but for some reason, I’ve never ended up in a place that actually had one.
The only places that I’ve ever been able to have a fireplace were when I was on vacation. I’ve stayed in a cabin that has a gas log fireplace and one that has a wood burning fireplace in it. Every time that that happened, it renewed my desire to have a fireplace of my own in my house. This year, I knew that we were going to have a long cold winter. I was reading the Almanac, just like my grandparents always taught me to, and I found out that the winter temperatures were going to be much colder than normal this year. We are also supposed to be getting way more snow than usual. After I realized that’s what was going to be happening, I decided that I was going to get a fireplace installed. I called up our local heating and cooling company and made an appointment with their fireplace specialist. They have a guy who does nothing but fireplace work and he is supposed to be the best one in the area so I knew I wanted to use him. He was super helpful, and we ended up getting all of the supplies around the end of October. Then they came and installed the fireplace the first week of November. I am so excited that I finally have a fireplace in my house after all of these years.
