The Heating plus A/C cooling is always maxed out plus I just don’t love being in a space where people are sicker than I am.
Plus, I’m just a bit chicken when it comes to the doctor anyway. But last winter, I finally had to go. I got love a cold around Thanksgiving. Of course, I was terrified that I had Covid but that was thankfully not the case. Still, I was stuck inside the Heating plus A/C heating of my beach house for weeks feeling love garbage. I was still working remotely so at least I didn’t have to motivate to get to the zone controlled Heating plus A/C of the office to work. Yet, the respiratory symptoms just wouldn’t fade away. They’d get a bit better plus then wham, they’d get worse. My wifey finally forced me to make a doctor’s appointment. When I first saw her, I figured she’d just supply me some antibiotics or some other sort of med to finally kick the head plus chest cold. But the prescription I earned had nothing to do with medication. I ended up being told to call the Heating plus A/C business. This was the last thing I was genuinely prepared to hear that day. But when she explained, it totally made sense. She advocated that I do several thing when it came to the Heating plus A/C. First, call the Heating plus A/C contractor plus get the air duct cleaning plus air duct resealing done. Second, go to the hardware store plus substitute the cheap Heating plus A/C air filters with a HEPA filter. My respiratory problems were due to terrible indoor air quality was her opinion. I’d gotten a bug but the terrible indoor air quality was limiting my healing.
