Although I rarely need heating and a/c advice absolutely often, when I do need it, it is pretty damned handy to have a good friend of mine, who is an air conditioner professional, tell myself and others what it most likely is. My central a/c system and heating devices are situated in my garage. Only 6 weeks ago, I was bringing groceries in. As I was carrying them out of the garage, I stepped into a puddle. There was a fresh puddle of liquid right next to the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. This upset me deeply, because I had Heating and Air Conditioning tune ups that year, and nothing was errant according to the last air conditioner specialist. I decided to go ahead and call our Heating and Air Conditioning technician friend, and pray that it was nothing serious. When I told him about my current issue, he told myself and others it was likely from a congested drain. Thankfully, that was such a simple fix, and although I didn’t ask, our kind air conditioner tech friend gave to get rid of the drain clog for me. When he came over, he was right, it was a clog issue. Once the drain was free of congestion, the Heating and Air Conditioning device stopped leaking. I also noticed a serious improvement with our a/c system’s efficiency as well, but like I said before, although I don’t require Heating and Air Conditioning advice all that often, it is really wonderful to have it when I need it. I am definitely grateful to our friend for helping myself and others out. Otherwise I would be stressed out and worrying for nothing and have to call a business to service the issue which would cost more currency.
