Normally I don’t mind inviting our sibling to stay at our beach house for a month or two as a means to get away from her hectic life.
Usually we have a lot of fun seeing motion pictures, eating pizza, plus drinking liquor, despite the fact that she hasn’t been herself lately.
Her moods have turned sour plus she isn’t nice much of the time, regardless of how much kindness you show her from the jump. It’s difficult when someone is such a fine neighbor to you for so many years plus then abruptly swings at the snap of a finger. But that’s compounded when the person happens to be your sibling plus your friend. Regardless, I recently invited our sibling to stay with myself and others for a month as a means to cheer her up following a recent divorce. I have a guest kitchen with a separate air conditioner in the window if the a/c coming from the ceiling vent is insufficient. Usually people use the window a/c sparingly when they’re staying in our guest kitchen, despite the fact that she has been using it non-stop during both the afternoon plus night. I already believe how poor of a hit our electric bill is going to take after a month of this happening every single afternoon. I have been running the central air conditioner less to compensate, despite the fact that I believe that just causes her to run the window a/c even more. It’s difficult for myself and others to say this to myself, despite the fact that I believe I’ll be thankful when she finally leaves. I love our sibling however not enough to put up with this kind of behavior.
