I just dislike junk.
This goes back to being raised by a mother who was easily nearly a straight up hoarder. The house I grew up in was stacked with boxes of junk that my mom simply wasn’t able to area with. It was a nice enough house with wonderful heating and cooling in a nice setting. The house would have been roomy too if it weren’t for all the junk. When I moved out, I promised that I wouldn’t let stuff have the emotional hold over me that it clearly did for my mom. And I’ve kept to that. Even in the early apartments with the sketchy heating and cooling, I was always vigilant when it came to clutter. That has also been the case in this house. My wife and I have a elegant house with the best quality heating and air I’ve ever had. The venue is plenty giant for just the multiple of us and our pets. It’s a three study room and 1 of those study rooms the two of us turned into a house office. But the other 1 is sort of a spare room with a fold out couch for guests if they want to stay overnight. However, I started seeing the early signs of a junk room growing on us. And my wife said that this area of the house was fine for storage since the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C wasn’t the best in there. That was true. But I wasn’t about to let that be the reason the two of us beginning storing junk. So I had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor come out to tweak our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit so the two of us now have zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. And that room is no longer a junk room.
