Over the years the land next to our parents has seen many buildings come up.
Last year when I visited our parents, I noticed a housing estate in the process of being built.
The head of the project was our Mom’s neighbor & when he heard of our successful beach home comfort supplier he suggested that I have in our program for the tender to install quality Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit at the new estate. It would be such an incredible opportunity for our supplier to get the tender. There were a lot of requirements for the tender & I needed our senior cooling specialist to help in preparing the proposal. The two of us had a meeting & all of us brainstormed some superb ideas. Within 3 days all of us were done with the program that focused identifiably on cooling systems that offer energy saving help to clients. The supplier that would get the tender would have to set up a homeowner solutions office to give beach home services to the clients. Three months into submitting our proposal, all of us got a call confirming that all of us had won the tender. This was a sizable deal for our supplier. The engineering team suggested smart temperature controls for the equipment, heat pumps as well as dual-fuel systems; Being the senior cooling tech, I went through our inventory to ensure that all of us had the required systems in stock. The installation process started two months later & the twenty cooling workmen I had on our team were genuinely efficient & excellent team players. This helped in fast-tracking the installations though all of us ran out of temperature controls before completing the project. However, all of us managed to give help with indoor comfort to numerous clients.
