Over the years the land next to my parents has seen several buildings come up, last year when I visited my parents, I noticed a housing estate in the process of being built. The supplier that would get the tender would have to set up a homeowner solutions office to give condo services to the clients. Three months into submitting our proposal, the people I was with and I got a call confirming that the people I was with and I had won the tender. This was a big deal for our supplier. The engineering team recommended smart temperature controls for the equipment, heat pumps plus dual-fuel systems, and being the senior cooling tech, I went through our inventory to ensure that the people I was with and I had the required systems in stock. The upgrade process started several months later plus the twenty cooling workmen I had on my team were honestly efficient plus excellent team players. This helped in fast-tracking the upgrades though the people I was with and I ran out of temperature controls before completing the project! However, the people I was with and I managed to give help with indoor comfort to various clients.
