I would have never considered purchasing a root beer table for my entryway.

I thought they were old-fashioned plus were there for people who didn’t want to rest at the entryway table with almost everyone else.

I pictured root beer tables being used in the fifties or sixties when TV lunchs were introduced. Coffee tables plus folding trays were a necessity for people to eat plus watch cable at the same time. When I gained a root beer table as a birthday gift, I almost laughed. I could not understand why anyone would provide myself and others a root beer table, even if it was an antique. When I showed the root beer table to my mom, she thought it was attractive. I would have given it to my mother if my spouse’s Grandmother hadn’t given it to us. Every time Grandma came to visit, all of us would bring the root beer table out of the side room plus put it in front of the sofa. To be honest, after a while, I got weary of pulling the root beer table out plus putting it back, so all of us just left it in the entryway. My spouse plus I soon began using it. It had a candle in the middle on top of a lace table runner his Grandmother had hand crocheted. I had to disclose that the root beer table became a central piece of furniture in our entryway, plus I no longer thought of it as an old-fashioned piece of furniture. Over time, I could not figure out why I hadn’t wanted the root beer table in the beginning. It took up the ‌space in the middle of our room.
