Since early 2020 we have had mobile covid-19 testing areas all over the city.
In fact, I have seen these mobile covid-19 testing facilities pop up overnight.
At first, we had the covid-19 testing services set up at one of the universities in town. I guess they thought it wasn’t going to be here that long because they set it up in the parking lot of the football field. Well, we have had several football seasons since then, and so we have had to move our portable covid-19 testing facilities all over town. Once it became impractical to continue doing the testing at the football stadium, the county workers got on the ball and decided to look for other places where we could put portable covid-19 testing facilities. One Sunday I was on my way to church in the morning and I discovered they had put up mobile covid-19 testing facilities in the Parking lot of a little strip mall close to my church. Even so, it was considered insufficient because it is in a less populated part of town and quite a ways from a lot of people. Is when they put up a modular mobile covid-19 testing services place inside the closed Sears building at the mall. Later, that turned into one of those places where you can get treatment. It turned modular shipping container homes on the west side of town into portable covid-19 isolation Solutions.I think it is really impressive that these kinds of things were happening in cities and towns all over the country at the same time. It just goes to prove that human Ingenuity is amazing, oh, and we are likely Guided by a Supreme Being who cares about us.
