The lady was unhappy when I gave her the awful news

I do not like to deliver awful news, but it is an unlucky section of my job.

Most of the time, I have to deliver awful news to clients.

That is a single unlucky section of working in a repair service. If I cannot repair that machine, it’s going to be genuinely upscale to upgrade it, and last Sunday, I was working with a client downtown. SheI was hopeful that I would be able to repair the furnace, but things didn’t look great from the start. I warned the client that she was genuinely going to need to upgrade the entire furnace. I know she was hopeful that I was wrong. She seemed surprised and genuinely worried when I gave her the awful news. She was even more aggravated when I told her how much it was going to cost to upgrade the furnace. The lady started crying and I did not know what to do. It was the first time a client ever started crying when I gave them awful news. I felt awful, but there was nothing that I could do to help solve the problem. That lady did not choose to upgrade the furnace at that time. I suppose she needed some time to digest all of the information. Just a small number of days later, the same lady called to schedule an appointment for the furnace upgrade. She asked for myself and others by name. I thought she was aggravated with myself and others after I gave her the awful news, but she wanted myself and others to be the lady to install the machine. I was ecstatic to supply those services.
