I was a bit frustrated with the local A/C company.

I know they are going through a big change right now, and maybe that is why they are so disorganized, but they still need to take care of their customers.

What happened was, I am scheduled for their HVAC service plan, and so every year I get a reminder to schedule for HVAC maintenance for free as part of their service plan. However, I didn’t get the reminder this time, but thankfully I remembered anyway. When I went to call them, it took like 3 different calls before someone finally picked up. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 10:30 am. However, the lady didn’t inform me that that spot was already taken and so the appointment time changed to a time when I wasn’t available. I then had to call back and reschedule. Then they forgot about my new appointment, and once again I had to call again. I was getting pretty frustrated. To their credit, they did give me another 6 months of free HVAC service, but it is still annoying that they forgot so many times. I am pretty sure they are so disorganized because their HVAC business is going through a big change, not only are there new owners, but they are expanding their business to different locations. That is the only reason why I can think of them being this disorganized. Because I have used them many times in the past without issue. Hopefully once they get everything settled they will return back to normal.
