I take very good care of myself.

My health and fitness are extremely important to me. I set my alarm early enough to workout every morning. I spent approximately an hour going through a combination of stretches, high intensity aerobics, strength training and balance exercises. Along with regular exercise, I stick to a strict sleep schedule and drink plenty of water. I am a vegetarian and I avoid coffee, processed foods and tobacco. Only occasionally do I drink alcohol. My efforts have helped to keep me at a healthy weight, feeling good about myself and looking young. I also have a standing appointment every month at a high-end salon. The benefits of a regular facial and massage are extraordinary. They help to alleviate stress and tension. The facials work to release toxins and keep my skin bright, supple and more youthful. The massages are wonderful for dealing with aching muscles. I look forward to my spa treatments. It’s a chance to relax and pamper myself. There are all different types of facials available at the spa. While I typically allow the esthetician to recommend something, my favorites are the anti-aging facials. They use active ingredients and procedures to combat the signs of aging. They normally consist of cleaning, exfoliation, deep pore cleansing with extractions and moisturizing. Sometimes they include antioxidant serums and collagen to revitalize the skin. Over the years, my esthetician has gotten to know my skin and preferences. I credit her for keeping me looking far younger than my age. I feel my facials are as important as brushing and flossing my teeth.
