I have been certainly stressed out with work lately.

I work for a local Heating as well as A/C business that offers 24/7 house calls.

I work in the call center as well as as soon as a house call comes in, I have to go out to the house as well as make sure the client is delighted. This doesn’t sound like it would be that stressful, although I have been going on these house calls at three in the afternoon lately. I don’t know what is going on in our town, however almost everyone seems to be having Heating as well as A/C issues in the middle of the night. I thought the first call was just a random occurrence, however it has been happening every few afternoons. I talked to my boss about changing the policy as well as no longer doing 24/7 house calls, but she said that was how my wonderful friend and I got most of our repeat business, and most customers are so delighted that my wonderful friend and I can come out to their house whenever they have an issue with their Heating as well as A/C units right away that they will use our business again. I am delighted that my wonderful friend and I have business, although I guess my boss would do something differently if she was the one that had to go out to these houses in the middle of the night to maintenance Heating as well as A/C units. I don’t guess she would be too delighted about it either. I am not sure how much longer I can keep doing this because it is certainly starting to affect my sleeping. Hopefully company slows down soon!
