I am starting to think I must have some kind of air quality problem in my house to an extent. And this air quality problem I think is coming from central heating and air conditioning system. Everytime my central air conditioning comes on, I start sneezing for about 5 minutes. Then, it will calm down. It only happens in those first 5 minutes when the central air conditioning pops on. Almost as if the central air conditioning system is pushing out a bunch of dust and other allergens out of the ductwork and the air vents when it first comes on. Then, maybe it clears up within those 5 minutes. I did change my air filter several times, and may I mention, that my air filters are HEPA air filters, so they are top of the line. I did some reading on some websites on the internet, clicking many live links for more information about my problem I have been having with the sneezing when the air conditioning comes on. And it seemed that everything was pointing in the direction of the ductwork of my central heating and air conditioning system needing to be cleaned. I scheduled an appointment with the heating and air conditioning company to do a good ductwork cleaning, they came out, did the job and now I am not having the sneezing issue anymore! So that must have been the problem. My ductwork was filthy, causing a bunch of dirt and dust to shove out of the air vents every single time the central heating and air conditioning system would pop on!
