It turns out that I have a condition that makes me feel discomfort

I have an embarrassing admission to make… I completely wish that I wasn’t about to say this… but I think that I have completely written off an honest medical setback based on the ridiculous opinions of others.

For a long while, I was affiliated with unquestionably unusual ailments as well as physical discomfort so that seemed to be entirely related to my level of stress.

Honestly, I always thought that my stress hormones had a rather serious effect on my body which was capable of causing strange digestive troubles, pains, as well as temperature sensitivities. I basically learned to compensate for my dysregulated temperature control system as well as systemic drawbacks over time. But I never really thought that there was a real medical explanation for the brutal discomfort that I experienced. Then somebody mentioned fibromyalgia the other day. It turns out, not only is fibromyalgia related to severe stress, but it’s related to your temperature regulation system. If you have ever felt as if you were irrationally warm or freezing compared to your peers in similar indoor air temperature conditions, you could potentially have fibromyalgia. For my entire adulthood I have been way too warm or cold in air conditions that did not affect other people in a similar way. I have been especially reliant on my temperature controls as well as my central heating, cooling, as well as ventilation equipment as a means to avoid some of the brutal discomfort. I have never had an explanation for these crazy physiological temperature dysregulations..… Until now. I have to say, I easily know that fibromyalgia is a real thing, based in part on my oddball internal temperature control as well as an uneven temperature regulation system.
