My wife and I have always been big fans of sweet foods. We love cakes, cookies, and ice cream. It was because of this that we both decided to open our own business. Opening her very own business I’ve been something that we have been wanting to do for a long time and just this year we were finally able to put our plan into action and get our ice cream business going. I will admit the process was not as easy as I thought it would be and there were a lot of things that I had to take into consideration that I never even thought of. One of these things was what kind of heating and cooling system I was going to have for the store. Obviously I wanted the best because I wanted the ice cream and the customers to stay nice and comfortable. My wife and I focused on getting a commercial HVAC system that was powerful enough to keep her ice cream nice and cold the way it should be. The last thing we wanted was to walk into our freezer only to find our ice cream melting. The stores that we rented did not come with a working Heating and AC system and so it was expensive to replace the broken HVAC unit with the working one but it was worth it when we saw how well it was working for us. The HVAC system was the last thing we needed to add to the store before opening. We were able to open our doors for the first time the following Monday.
