After I heard we could work I look forward to nothing more than going out to eat with family and friends. I love to try new places and who doesn’t love food? If there is one thing that I have learned from going out to eat at many different places is that the food can really make or break the place, everyone knows that. But I would bet that a lot less people know that the heating and cooling of the place can also really make or break your experience. Let me give you an example. I decided last week to try a new burger place that had popped up in my town. I love cheeseburgers and so do all my friends and so we were all excited to go and get some delicious food before having a fun weekend. I know not everyone thinks of the heating cooling system but I couldn’t help but to notice it in this place. They had a large commercial HVAC system in the corner and it didn’t even look like it was working, it wasn’t in good condition either as it was rusty and old. The indoor air quality of the place also showed its lack of quality because there was almost no cool air coming out of it. It was only because I sat in front of the air vent that I felt a tiny amount of cool air that was seeping out. I asked the waitress when they would be having the HVAC system repaired and she didn’t know. Needless to say our experience wasn’t very positive because of this and we left early.
